“I can’t praise Iryna enough for all her help as I have gone through the ups and downs of having two quite big children and dealing with all the postpartum challenges that come with it. Iryna goes above and beyond and keeps me honest even on my days off to help me achieve my goals. I am always so impressed by how much she is able to correct my technique over zoom. I started working out with Iryna over 5 years ago and I still look forward to every one of my sessions.”

  • Yes. The first two weeks are focused on diaphragmatic breathing, rib cage mobility, and abdominal muscle coordination, all of which can help alleviate pelvic floor symptoms. However, I do encourage you to seek help from a physical therapist alongside this program.

  • No, it’s not. This program is about building initial strength safely and effectively, avoiding injury. Think of it as a bridge between the early postpartum days and challenging workouts you typically enjoy.

Hey!
I’m Iryna.

As a former professional athlete, the anticipation of returning to exercise after my second child was evident.

The gym had always been my ‘happy place’, until I developed pelvic floor dysfunction.

Frustratingly, my doctor's guidance was limited, and the abundance of conflicting information online only added to the confusion.

Determined to heal my body and empower others in similar situations, I embarked on a journey of creating a detailed postpartum program.

Rooted in science and born from personal experience, I aim to inspire individuals to reclaim their fitness routines with confidence and vigor, without risking injury
in the postpartum period.
