Hello, I’m Iryna

I am a former competitive gymnast, a dedicated movement enthusiast and a proud mother of two daughters. 


My journey into acrobatic gymnastics began at the age of 5, leading me to proudly represent my country on the national team by age 13. With rigorous training that included ballet, stretches, and resistance training, I gained a profound understanding of the human body and its potential. 


Driven by a passion for movement and a commitment to excellence, I prioritize impeccable form and attention to detail in every training session.

Movement and resistance training are not just exercises for me; they're sources of empowerment, enabling me to feel stronger and more resilient.

Becoming a mother sparked my interest in postpartum fitness. Eager to return to the gym after the birth of my second child, I encountered pelvic floor issues, igniting a personal journey of healing and resilience-building.

This journey inspired me to create a comprehensive early postpartum program, guiding women through exercises that are safe and effective.
