  • Not necessarily. I tailor workouts to utilize the equipment you have at home. If you don't have equipment, I'll provide guidance on investing in essentials like weights, resistance bands, foam rollers, and gliders.

  • Virtual training sessions are scheduled between you and me at a mutually convenient time. I will guide you through workouts, provide demonstrations, offer feedback on form, and customize your program to help you achieve your fitness goals.

  • While virtual training may have some differences from in-person training, it can be equally effective when conducted by a knowledgeable and experienced trainer. Many clients find virtual training convenient, flexible, and highly effective for reaching their fitness goals.
